“Work on the Lakeside Apartments Lipno project was exceptional in all respects, not only because the investor wanted something more than just a regular apartment building. We fundamentally agreed that every apartment should have lake views. The investor’s requirement was to create a building with shared spaces that offer many advantages, but that also ensures the same level of privacy as a family home, which residents will appreciate. An enormous benefit in terms of the technologies and construction materials selected is the fact that the investor will be the future manager of the property and will also live there. As a result, there was no pressure on us to cut down on costs, which would have meant compromising on the building’s technologies and functions. Throughout the decision-making process, the main criteria were always the lifespan of the building, the minimization of operating costs, and no compromises on the soundproofing between the individual apartments.”
